IFS employees are eligible for the following benefits if they work 20 or greater hours per week.
85% employer paid extended health benefits are available following the first four months of service:

Eligibility for the IFS pension plan commences after one complete calendar year of service.
Professional membership dues are reimbursed in-full annually.
Performance bonuses are assessed based upon company-wide financial performance profitability.
