100% employer paid medical insurance begins on the first day of the month, three months following the date of hire:

85% employer paid extended health benefits are available following the first six months of service:

Eligibility for the IFS pension plan commences after one complete calendar year of service.
Professional membership dues are reimbursed in-full annually.
Performance bonuses are assessed based upon company-wide financial performance profitability.
Following a minimum of one full year of employment, employees may be offered the option to purchase shares within IFS.
