Cell Tower Road Location and Design
We were retained by Telus Mobility to provide engineering and permitting support in the development of several new communication tower locations proposed for the BC interior. Access roads were located, surveyed, and designed. Upon approval of the location, right-of-ways were established and the permits required to conduct clearing operations within the right of way were obtained.
The scope of our work included:
- Field reconnaissance to verify the tower location
- Establishing the access road P-line
- Conducting engineered road surveys
- Preparing road designs
- Producing road plans and profiles
- Establishing the road right-of-way
- Estimating construction costs
- Occupant License to Cut application permits
